Job Description

Experience in Amadeus , Worldspan and Sabre GDS is a plus 2-10 years travel agents (Air Ticketing) experience for US Process. Amadeus (GDS PNR/Ticket No. retrieval commands, Airport Codes, Airline Codes, PNR related questions, Reissuance / Revalidation, cancellation of tickets, Refunds and Ticket Void commands) Familiar with world Geography US, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Asia and Indian subcontinents Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences Amendment enquiries, new bookings, online rescheduling (Date/Time/Sector/Airline change) for their bookings. Should be able to handle complex air ticket bookings with multiple destinations across the world Should able to handle inbound calls for International & US Domestic from customers converting them into a sales call Handle phone volume and email conversations with excellent communication and fluency in English language. Continuous follow up (Call and Email) with customers. Should have ability to convert queries into sales Provide assistance to customers in a very pleasant and friendly manner Track and Manage follow-up all customer requests and log all the customer calls and e-mails Expected to deliver his/her monthly targets. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word. Should have Strong attitude in selling REQUIRE to work in NIGHT SHIFT to support US day time operations Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Outstanding sales skill, organizational skill Quick learner and takes initiative Excellent communication and writing skills Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures High standards of customer service, high attention to details Problem solving and decision making capacities Motivated/ Creative/ Proactive - Passionate for travel industry Enthusiastic & have zeal to perform in 24*7 environment Fixed Salary plus incentives
